This map tells you:

1) How many homes flooded for each block in EBR Parish

2) How many people by block still need to fill out the Restore LA Survey. 

READ THIS FIRST SO YOU KNOW HOW TO USE IT --->  

   Step #1) SEARCH an address by entering it in the "location" box and clicking the spy glass.

   Step #2) CLICK THE SCREEN to pull up that block's report recovery report

Don't forget to click the screen. The report you get when you click on a block is the coolest part. (But FYI the report only comes up on desktops, not phones.)
