Most EBR parish school employees have not received a raise in approximately 10 years.

EBR public schools are losing $28 million due to corporate exemptions on school property taxes in 2018 and have lost $488 million since 2000.

Until now, local school boards have not had the control over these exemptions. THEY DO NOW!

In one week, a quarter of EBR school employees have engaged and organized around this issue.

This week, we are going to discuss the next steps for engaging the school board and making the campaign go public.

This meeting has been organized for educators, but parents and others who care about our schools are welcome to attend.
